1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the product. To be eligible for a refund:
1. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The product must be in the original packaging.
3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@pushrocket.one with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
